1/2-1 Tbs. of Braggs Amino Liquids

I too love broccoli, but would NEVER eat it at breakfast. But that's just great that you can eat so healthy. I wish I was more conscious of that. I still love the sugar cereals, even though they have no nutrients.
By the way, you asked how long till we move...we are crazy, but we are leaving this weekend! I still will be done often though, so maybe we can get together when I come back, I'll let you know.
Broccoli for breakfast??? :) Even though I try to squeeze in as many veggies as I can for breakfast, broccoli is not one of them! :) The menu this morning at my house was a spinach, cucumber, apple, banana, and fresh squeezed lemon smoothie. Mmmm...very yummy. I'm glad to get this broccoli recipe from you though...we love broccoli for dinner at our house and I'd love to put a little twist on how I serve it.
Hey Marleen... do you drink cow's milk or just soy milk? What does Nora drink? Yeah, broccoli for breakfast is for sure a Waite thing!
Nora and I don't drink either of those. Right now our choice to drink is Goat's milk. Although I'm not set on it. I might be drinking Almond or Rice milk next month. Mostly depending on what studies I find.
Marleen, I have tried your broccoli and it is actually quite good. I love broccoli myself. I wouldn't be able to eat it for breakfast though....I don't know why but I just couldn't....but it is yummy.
Are these ingredients that I'm supposed to have in my kitchen already?! I love you Marleen!
I need to start serving my family more vegetables! This is something I have been putting off for too long. I am pretty sure I won't be able to get them to eat broccoli for breakfast but maybe for dinner. :)
I haven't tried broccoli for breakfast but I eat a baggie of carrots every morning. This might also be a pregnant thing but I can't get enough of them. You might just convert me to broccoli instead! Thanks!
