Back to Normal Kind of

Sorry for the lack of keeping up with my blog. With having so much family in town for the funeral and spending most of our time away from my computer, I've come home too exhausted to even attempt to post anything. I promise to be better.

Camille's funeral was beautiful and uplifting. I believe most everyone left with a resolve to be better people and had more of an understanding of the atonement of Jesus Christ. I've always known I had an amazing family but that feeling has increased even more listening to my brother and sister-in-law talk of Camille and the mission she had here on Earth. To find out more details of the funeral it would be best to read it in Stephanie's on words here.

It has been so nice to come together as a family and show love and support for each other. I feel so blessed to be a part of my family. Spencer recently composed a lullaby for Camille. Something he thought might have been sung to her in her last moments here on Earth. The lullaby is sweet, simple, and beautiful. It will be a great support in coming years to have something to remind us of our sweet Camille. I want Aubrey and all of my children to know of their cousin who is not with us now but is very much with us always because we are an eternal family and the lullaby will help me tell my children of her. So sweet the plan of our Father in Heaven!

I have been reading Jon and Stephanie's blog ever since the accident and cry every time I read it. You are all such a good example to the rest of us of how we should keep our faith in the Lord's plan and accept his will - no matter how challenging it may be. I wish I could give you all a hug during this time...as my heart goes out to all of you.

It was so great to see you...wish I could have had a chance to chat with everyone, but knew that it was a very hectic day and didn't want to impose. I would love to get together with everyone though....I will be back in Vegas on Saturday to take Cindy's boy to the airport....if that doesn't work then perhaps in August. I will again be visiting the airport! We need a bigger one here in St. George! my email is neils@hi-speed.us

I have read your sister in laws blog, and I am so touched by her strenght and her testimony. I think it is so strange how she is the one hurting but she is the one uplifting us. I feel the spirit when I read of her feeling towards the gospel, in her trying times. Thank you for sharing this through your blog. I am greatful for her and her words and I am greatful to know you and your wonderful family. May the spirit stay close, as you go through this trying time. My prayers are with you.

Love,
Kacey

I'm so glad things went well. I hope if I ever have such a tragedy in my life I can come out of it half the person your brother and sister in law are.

I want a copy of that lullaby to sing to my babies. I loved hearing it. Beautiful.
