We love DVR . . .
But now I feel on Wednesday nights my Life is Lost and sometimes I Lie to Me that I'm not wasting my time.
Am I alone on this?

No no. You are not alone when it comes to Lie To Me. I LOVE that show.
What I love about the DVR is that I can turn on my shows as I am cleaning up my house the next morning! (this way...I'm not eating up my precious QUIET night time with Hubby) Although with LIFE I admit that I tend to pull out the box of toys and sit on the floor with the remote while it's on...it's too complicated to watch with the dish water running!
I've never seen any of these. Which means nothing, we just don't have cable and we don't watch TV. Well the kiddos watch DVD's. However if we did I totally think I would be addicted to reality shows. I don't know why but I'm always so intriged by how people act and what their going to say. Oh and I would love to see Jon and Kate plus 8 or I would really like to see the Duggar Family. But I've never seen any. Oh well I'm sure I'm not missing much. :)
Heather, you seriously are blessed! You are not missing anything. I would love to get rid of the dish if my husband would be with me on it. I've always been fascinated with people who have the will power to make the change. Isn't that what life is mostly about, self control? I definitely have much to work on when it comes to controling myself. ;)
Don't worry I have VERY little self control when it comes to the computer. Yep, Wastin time all the time. :) Before I married Adam he made it VERY clear we will have no TV channels. I am totally fine with that. Now if it was my internet, no way! We'll see as the kids get older about how they feel. So far they could care less. I don't think they have even noticed. I do have to say though I have lots of freinds that love that Lost show. :)
I don't think you are bad to enjoy some tv. At least with the dvr you can watch it on your time, right? We don't have any tv reception, we watch dvds. We love season one of Life, I'm caught up to season 3 of Lost.

We are also addicted to it. But we watch it on Hulu.com
I love lost- but lately it is losing me. I think I need to rewatch every last season to understand it all.
Ah Lost, my favorite. I love how they are wrapping everything up. I can't wait to see it every week.
Sad to say, none of those are on my list, but I waste plenty of nights watching other shows.
We too are DVR junkies. Just last night Jas and I were asking ourselves how we ever went without it?! SAD!
